By accessing the desknet's NEO you are using from the app, you can access the desknet's NEO's "Schedule", "NeoTwi", "Information (*1)", "Workflow (*1)", "Presence (*2)", and "Equipment Reservation (*3)" ”, “ToDo(*3)”, “Webmail(*3)”, “Webmail IMAP(*3)”, “Message/Location(*3)”, “Circular/Report(*3)”, “Address Book(*3)” ”, “Memo Pad (*3)”, “Cabinet (*3)”, “Safety Confirmation (*3)”, and “AppSuite (*4)” functions can be used on your smartphone.

*The smartphone app can be used from desknet's NEO V6.0R1.0.

*The connection destination required to log in from the app can be obtained from the QR code listed in [Personal Settings] > [Mobile App Information].

If [Mobile App Information] is not displayed in the menu, the access URL for the app may not have been set. Please contact your system administrator.

*1 Information and workflow functions are available from desknet's NEO V6.1R1.0.

*1 For information and workflow, you can view and approve data created using the PC browser version.

*2 Presence function is available from desknet's NEO V7.0R1.0.

*2 You can check in, check out, and change your presence from the app.
