Developing the next generation data collection for transportation surveys
Log a Day is mobile smartphone-based travel survey application developed by researchers at the University of Toronto Transportation Research Institute (UTTRI).
The survey data will be used to better understand peoples’ travel behaviour and ultimately provide the basis for better transportation planning and land use policy decisions. This should help Toronto develop a more sustainable transportation system with less congestion and reduced emissions.
