- Close all other applications on your phone. This avoids problems that impair the progress of the test.

- Check the filters in your wifi network. SIMET Mobile does not use HTTP traffic for tests. Filters, as well as the use of caches, can cause problems in performing the tests. This technique used by SIMET is one of the reasons for the results of the tests not to be circumvented by the operators

- If testing via 3G, look for a location where you have a good 3g signal power. If the quality is too bad, the test may not be completed.
